When cam-type opening devices operate in high-temperature environments, the lubrication system faces significantly increased challenges, requiring targeted measures to ensure equipment stability. First, the drive shaft and roller bearings of the cam-type opening device must use high-temperature resistant grease (NLGI grade 2 recommended). This type of grease can maintain a stable oil film even above 150℃, preventing grease carbonization due to temperature increases. The grease condition should be checked monthly, observing the grease level for coking or drying. If any abnormalities are found, the old grease must be immediately removed and replaced with new grease to ensure the normal operation of the cam-type opening device.
